We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then typically take 4 to 6 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within about 5 to 8 business days of being placed.

VIP is optional and opt-in. Choosing it applies 30% off eligible merchandise in that order. The program's intended terms are a 20-day free trial, then $39.99 a month until cancelled, but automatic enrollment and billing are not active yet, so no trial starts and the membership fee is not charged today.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives under our normal return process.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, with any tags attached.

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
